Old Parsonage

 

Parsonage Grill is located within the five-star Old Parsonage Hotel on Banbury Road. Group bookings can either be accommodated in the main restaurant or the private Pike Room throughout the year. In tandem, the Oxford hotel offers 35 rooms & suites for relaxing in a country house-style environment after business events.

Old Bank

 

The five-star Old Bank Hotel has 43 rooms & suites that can be booked as a package with larger corporate meetings that require overnight stays. The prime High Street location, within strolling distance of Oxford’s historical sites, attractions, shopping and restaurants, makes it the city’s most desirable accommodation option.

Do you offer day delegate rates?

We have a range of options that can be tailored to your needs. Day delegate rates are available on request, and we offer meeting and conference rates for each room, plus a selection of menus. Please contact our events team for full details.

Can I bring my own music playlist?

Yes, we have facilities in all the rooms for your playlists. Please contact our events team for information on the connection.

What type of connectivity do you have if we rent one of your rooms for a day meeting?

Some rooms have wireless connectivity via an external app, and others offer wire connectivity via HDMI. Please contact our events team for full details.

Can we access the private room prior to the event, the evening before for example?

This may be possible based on availability and may incur an extra charge.

What are the payment options for my event?

We normally organise a pre-payment via credit card or bank transfer before your event. UK companies can also apply for credit to be invoiced after the event.

Do you have a PA system and microphones that we can use for our meeting?

We can assist with these additional items via a trusted third-party company.

Can I bring my own catering?

We don’t offer our rooms solely on a hire basis, which means that there’s no external catering.
